BAGGING SCALE ASSEMBLY
The scale hopper assembly is made in two (2) pieces connected by load cells with controls.   The upper inlet section connects to the Customer’s existing bin outlet flange with two flatbar clamp bars for easy installation and removal.

The inlet section consists of a dump gate with an adjustable scrapper blade and a manual set (with quadrant) metering blade to adjust the flow from different materials. An air cylinder operates the dump gate with magnetic piston controls.  

The lower separate hopper holds the bagged product suspended on load cells. The outlet of the hopper is shaped to fit oblong bag openings. Two air cylinders are used to clamp the bag holding brackets on each side. A limit switch with a manually operated control arm controls the cylinders. The lower hopper can be easily removed and replaced with a valve pack auge
