SPARE PARTS
We believe in doing your job right the first time. All parts are inspected by our machinists while they are being machined. The first portion of each run is 100% inspected by Western Pneumatics' Quality Control Department. Only when they meet all specifications, are more parts made. Subsequent parts are also spot checked. If any discrepancies are found, all parts are then subjected to a 100% inspection before shipping. For parts with especially close tolerances, or at your request, statistical process control procedures are used.
